" Sara was brilliant with my twin babies and I felt that I could fully trust her with them. Sara got stuck in with having both babies in the sling while also helping with some bits around the house (usually helping with sterilising, hanging laundry or making lunch). My babies always had a great nap on her! I always felt safe and comfortable to have a nap in the next room. Sara was thoughtful and approachable about postnatal mental health. As a clinical psychologist I was very impressed at Sara's awareness and sensitivity around this area. Sara was very warm, non-judgemental and very proactive in supporting me and my babies. Sara is easy to trust and I never doubted she was competent to take care of my twin babies at the same time which is not an easy task!"

"Sara provided encouragement and a listening ear. She listened to my birth story and helped dissect what had happened. She also supported my breastfeeding journey and taught me how to feed in the side lying position. She signposted me to further information and researched drop in support groups that could further support my breastfeeding journey. I have lots of dietary requirements and Sara was able to adapt to make meals to cater for my needs. Sara was always open, kind and warm. She was very empathetic and gave us a lot of encouragement and particularly supported my breastfeeding journey with her specialist knowledge."

" I don't think I would have survived without Sara. Even outside of the sessions she would regularly send me useful information and make sure I was OK. She was both an outlet for my traumatic birth experience, was extremely validating and was also there for practical support. She cooked me meals and treats, gave me an amazing massage, taught me how to wear the baby in a sling (crucial!!) And how to feed in different positions. I feel like I've learnt so much through her. She's one of the most wonderful people I've met!"

"Sara gave me such needed support during my post partum journey. It was so refreshing to find someone, who completely understood the cold water shock that having your first child is. Sara didn't lecture me with advice and tales of what I "should" be doing or feeling. Instead she empowered me to feel confident in my decisions as a mother.
When you talk to Sara, you feel completely at ease, she's trustworthy and completely nonjudgmental. Sara was straightforward and easy to be around, thank you Sara."

"Sara is incredibly caring and knowledgeable with regards postnatal support, which I had the priviledge of experiencing during some challenging times after the birth of my 2nd baby in February 2021. Sara is genuine, non-judgemental and has a calm and gentle approach to any question or issue you might come across."

"Sara was a fantastic support for our family both before and after our daughter arrived. She is kind, personable and knowledgeable and gave me lots of useful tips on maternity throughout my pregnancy and beyond. It was so lovely to also get a dinner prepared for us and she made sure my partner and I were ready for our parenting journey, recommending and sharing books, baby equipment, clothes and more. She also helped me with selecting and using a baby carrier, building my confidence in being able to get out and about with my baby. Last and but not least, Sara was a great support when I struggled to breastfeed my baby, being an unjudgemental ear during a particularly difficult time in my life. I highly recommend Sara. She is professional, reliable and trustworthy. Plus she's easy to work with and a lot of fun to be around."
