3 Step Trauma Healing Process

What is 3 step trauma healing process

3 step trauma healing process is a safe, non-medical way to help you unhook any negative or unwanted thoughts and feelings around your birth experience or any other traumatic situation or fear you have experienced in your life. The process consists of 3 sessions which all include a guided relaxation. During the 2nd guided relaxation I will ask you to view your experience  through an imaginery TV screen to help you dissassociate yourself from the experience. The aim is to rewire your neural pathways so the memory of your experience won't cause you disstress or any unwanted feelings moving forward. The 3rd session is to help you see yourself in the future without the trauma.

I am currently looking for my final case study to complete my training and gain my accreditation.  Please get in touch if you would like to hear more on how this process could help you feel more positively about your birth experience.
